Alex Nagy

Alex Nagy is the visionary of the BlueTraks BT-211. Alex's professional career spans management roles at Photon Dynamics as Director of Hardware Engineering and VP of Development Engineering. Alex was in charge of the Array Checker product line from Gen 3 through Gen 7. He led the electrical, chemical, optical and camera development groups. His tenure at Teradyne included Engineering Management of Polaris Systems Engineering for the Vega Pro and the Polaris product lines of high speed ULSI integrated circuit testers. Prior to Teradyne, Alex was Engineering Manager of Advanced Products for Sentry-Schlumberger Test Systems formerly Fairchild Test Systems. He served 8 years as Engineering Manager of the Sentry 20, 21 and Sentry 15 VLSI test systems. He holds 2 patents and has 3 patents pending. BSEE West Coast University, Los Angeles, CA.

A. Bruce Manildi

A. Bruce Manildi oversees product assembly and test at BlueTraks, Inc. Previously Bruce was Director of Engineering at Seagate for the integrated circuit development, motor control circuits and communication interfaces. He held various positions at IBM 1965 -1971. He was Engineering Manager with the startup Information Printing Systems Corp. which became a subsidiary of Memorex and VP of Engineering and Quality Assurance for the start up Information Terminals a predecessor to Verbatim Corporation. Bruce was a principle and VP of Operations for the start up Pragma Data. BSEE from Stanford University and Masters Degree at San Jose State.

VP of Sales and Marketing

Gil Castiano

Gil Castiano oversees sales management and strategic marketing at BlueTraks, Inc. Gil brings to BlueTraks over 18 years of entrepreneurship and team building experience serving high technology companies in the Silicon Valley. Previously Gil founded Saetta Mediagroup, a developer of customized sales and training tools for market leaders such as BEA Systems, Mitsumi Electronics USA. For Mitsumi Electronics USA, Gil established and managed MitsumiDirect.Com, the worldwide ecommerce division for Mitsumi USA. Prior to Saetta Mediagroup, Gil was co-founder of Image Group Multimedia, a full-service marketing, public relations, and graphic design consultancy working with clients such as Apple Computer, National Semiconductor, Sony Electronics and LSI Logic.

Jim Weisenstein, the founder and principle of Graystone Consulting, has 28 years of industry experience in building and managing businesses. Jim received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering at Cornell University.
